Electromagnetic Compatibility

• NCEE Labs houses one of the nation's few public 10-meter semi-anechoic chambers certified for FCC, Canada (CSA), and CE regulatory testing
• 4 meter turntable
• Accredited testing capabilities include: FCC Parts 15, 18  and 90; CISPR 11, 12, 14, 22, 24 and EN counterparts; IEC/EN 61000-4 series immunity tests; Flicker and harmonics; EN 61321; IATA

Environmental Testing:

• Vibration testing from 3 to 3000Hz, up to 80g, and products as large as 1200lbs. (IATA, ISTA, IEC, MIL-STD-810, etc)
• Drop Testing up to 1000 lbs.
• Temperature and Humidity chambers, one with 800 cubic feet and another with 35 cubic feet, allow testing from 125C down to -65C.
• Thermal Shock testing (MIL-STD-810, etc.)
• Water and Dust Ingress protection testing (IEC 60529, IEC 60958, MIL-STD-810, etc.)
• Salt fog testing (MIL-STD-810, etc

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using X-ray, Ultrasound and other inspection techniques for:

• Solder Inspections
• PCB Inspections
• Non-destructive viewing of enclosed products and parts
• Small product weld inspections
• Molded and composite part inspections

Safety Testing

• Product safety certifications and approvals for a variety of products
