2008 Nebraska Affordable Housing Program Application Guideline Workshops
for Programs Including: Homebuyer assistance, owner-occupied rehabilitation, non-profit operating assistance, distressed rental property assistance, acquisition/rehabilitation rental property applications
(Does not include: Economic Development, Planning, Public Works, Water/Wastewater,
Tourism Development, or Homeless Service Programs)
Application workshop attendance is not required. The workshops include informal presentations and discussion between interested applicants, application preparers and the designated Nebraska Department of Economic Development Regional Housing Specialist. Not all workshops will follow the same format and attending a workshop does not substitute for working closely with the Regional Specialist throughout the application process. Workshops will be canceled in the case of inclement weather.
