Applications will be submitted as prescribed in the CDBG application guidelines. Applications will be accepted during two cycles. The first cycle is April 3, 2007 through April 14, 2007 and the second cycle is October 2, 2007 through October 16, 2007. Applications will be accepted during these periods based on U.S. Postal Service postmark date or date of delivery by other means. Applications not funded during the cycle may be carried over to the next 2006 cycle at the request of the applicant or may be resubmitted during the next 2006-application cycle.
