In accordance with Legislative Bill 546, approved by the Governor May 31, 2005, the Nebraska Rural Development Commission will be holding its regular public meeting on Friday, April 4th 1:00 p.m., at the University Of Nebraska College Of Technical Agriculture, Livestock Teaching Center, Room 110 located at 404 East 7th Street, Curtis, NE 69025.
Additional Committee information, meeting notices and the April 4, 2008 agenda items will be available for public inspection March 28, 2008. These items of interest for the April 4, 2008 meeting will be available for public inspection at the Nebraska Rural Development Commission website at www.ruralnebraska.info, or the State of Nebraska’s official website for public notices at www.nebraska.gov.
In Compliance with Nebraska’s Open Meeting Laws, the State of Nebraska’s official website for public meeting notices, and the Nebraska Rural Development Commission website, both listed above, will be the only formats utilized for public notice announcements, beginning September 1, 2006.

The meeting will be held, at Mahoney State Park, in the River View Lodge, located next to the Observation Tower. The park entrance is located at 28500 W. Park Hwy, Ashland, NE.
Agenda items will be available for public inspection April 24, 2008, on the Department of Economic Development website at www.neded.org or the Nebraska Innovation Zone Commission website at www.nizc.org and also located on the State of Nebraska official website for public meeting notices.
