Nebraska Tourism streamlines photo download site (April 29) PDF Print E-mail

More images available to local and national media

LINCOLN, NEB. (April 29, 2008)-The Nebraska Department of Economic Development Tourism Division continues to work toward making its Web site more accessible to the growing tourism industry, and its new and improved photo download system is the latest example.

The site, now fully automated, lets media professionals download high quality images for free.

If you would like to view the new photography site, visit http://www.visitnebraska.org/index.php?option=com_news_portal&task=section&id=9&Itemid=576.

The above link leads users to the Nebraska Tourism Press Room. In the right hand column, there is a link called "Download Photos." This page explains how to request an image. From this page, users can now browse the photo galleries without entering a user name or password.

Users then request the photo by filling out an online form and receive a link via email that directs them to a high resolution version of the image complete with cutline and credit information.

The photo download site offers high resolution, high quality images of attractions, scenery and events from all over the state of Nebraska. Find this and other Nebraska tourism information online at http://www.visitnebraska.org/.
