Omaha playing host to Heartland Byway Conference PDF Print E-mail

Event slated for April 5-7 at Embassy Suites Convention Center

LINCOLN, NEB. (March 9, 2009)-Omaha will be the site of the 2009 Heartland Byway Conference, representing the scenic byways of ten states: Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Nebraska.

The conference, to be held April 5-7, will take place at Omaha's Embassy Suites Convention Center in the historic Old Market district.

Featured speakers will address a range of topics, including sustainability, best practices, grant development, membership recruitment and visitor experience enhancement. The conference is also a great opportunity to meet other byway professionals, discuss ideas and make new friends.
